I'm sorry I don't have pics that will go along with this review but the food here is delicious. They have a pork chop on the menu that you have to try. Great craft cocktails. Great craft beers. The pizza is good, the pasta's good. This place is really just tasty beginning to end

So if you're in the neighborhood of Cypress and you just get off of work after a hard day, this spot is a great spot to grab a drink and some pretty tasty bar food. They have a good selection of beers including the ever so hot Pliny the elder and some refreshing strawberry beer from Carlsbad. The pretzel bites are wonderful and so far all of the bar pizzas have been fantastic. I enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates as well. Sometimes drinks are half off too. The wings are award winning, but I think they are just solid wings, nothing bad, but not amazing. The off menu dessert ice cream sandwich really hit the spot on a hot day. My only complaint is that the need to get some AC during the hot summers.

Trying local places we have not eaten at and decided this one sounded good. Small restaurant and bar but good food! Started with a meat & cheese platter. Perfect for 2 people ....4 pieces of bread, a few types of meat and cheese, great olives and oh my... the spicy pickles! Yum! I ordered pasta with mushrooms because I knew the boys forks would stay away. ( they HATE mushrooms so I didn’t need to share) Boys got burgers & a pizza. Everything was really tasty. Friendly staff, nice local feel. This might be a new local favorite!

The Sancho burger at Brew Kitchen Ale House in Los Alamitos is more than a meal—it’s an ode to indulgence. The patty is thick, seared to perfection, with a crust that whispers of charred flame and a heart as tender as forgiveness. Topped with green chili, melted cheese, and a aioli that lingers like an old love, the Sancho strikes a balance between heat and comfort. Every bite feels earned, every flavor deliberate. But the magic isn’t just in the burger. Here’s the secret: ask for their pub cheese. The rich, creamy concoction is meant for more than spreading on pretzels . Save your last bite of the Sancho—just one—and dunk it into the pub cheese. It’s a ritual, almost sacred, where the fiery spice meets the cool indulgence, and suddenly, you’re not just eating—you’re transcending. The setting right now is steeped in Christmas cheer, a warm counterpoint to the brisk Los Alamitos evenings. Twinkling lights, festive garlands, and a soft hum of holiday music create an atmosphere where laughter feels brighter, conversations deeper. Families gather under the spell of the season, children marvel at the decorations, and the air tastes faintly of cinnamon and nostalgia. Sitting there, burger in hand, you realize that Brew Kitchen Ale House is more than a stop on the map; it’s a pocket of joy, a moment of stillness in the chaos of the season. And as you savor that last dunked bite, you’ll think, this—this is what makes the season glow.

Food is really better than I expected! From basics such as the iceberg wedge salad to a juicy burger to a grilled salmon salad. They hit all their marks. Great selection of craft beers and cocktails and plenty of TVs with games I'll definitely be coming back! Service was also excellent and attentive.

We stopped in here on a Saturday night. The food and service was great. I was surprised how early they closed for more of a bar restaurant vibe. This is a good place for a quick dinner and drink!

Awesome beer selection. This place is a hidden gem. We ended up here by coincidence; its located in a small strip mall and has a big parking lot right in front. Love their food menu as well. It feels very local, lovely people and customer service. They have happy hour from 3 to 6; almost all the beers aare 2 dollars off and good specials on food too. Try the jack and coke and sriracha falvor wings.

Cool little brew pub with great food and fun, happy vibe, and some good beers. I would recommend the bacon wrapped dates with gorgonzola cheese as an appetizer, they were excellent. I had the classic chicken parmeasan, which was delicious, one in our group had the fajitas, and one had the pork chop. Everything was great. Place was packed when we got there, but the host cleared a booth and got us seated as fast as he could. Will definitely go back, place was pretty cool.
